These terms govern your use of Webpaza (webpaza.com). By creating an account or generating a site, you agree to them.
The service
Webpaza generates and hosts websites from a short text prompt using AI. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account.
Acceptable use
- You must have the right to create and publish the content you generate.
- Do not generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, malicious (e.g. malware or phishing), or sexually exploitative.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the generation system, and do not circumvent usage limits.
- Generation is subject to fair-use daily limits so the service stays available to everyone.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Your content and AI output
You own the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, host, and display your site as part of the service. Because text and images are AI-generated, they may be inaccurate, generic, or unintentionally similar to other material — review your site before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for your published content.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your sites at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that put the service at risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpaza is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
